Hi everyone, I am getting married in a few months and have put on a few pounds too many, and now my dress does not fit. The more weight I gain the more depressed I get and my motivation has gone completely out the window! I am considering a personal trainer to kick start my weight loss, any recommendations would be appreciated for the Dublin area. Thanks

Hi, I think Weight Watchers

Hi, I think Weight Watchers is the best and healtiest way to lose those few pounds.  I joined last year to lose weight for my sisters' wedding.  I lost over two stone in 12 weeks.  I would highly recommend giving it a go.  Personal trainers can be a bit pricey.  Doing the diet and walking (the cheapest exercise ever!) you'll notice a difference in a matter of weeks.

I totally agree that Weight

I totally agree that Weight Watchers is the way to go.  You lose a healthy amount of weight weekly and combine that with 30mins excercise three times a week and you'll notice a big difference in no time. Best of luck.

Personal Trainer

Hi Mrsfoley2b,

Started with a personal trainer 6 weeks ago and I can't believe how much weight I've lost already!

The whole experience has given me a new lease of life.  I used to hate exercise but my trainer has changed my attitude to excercise and diet.  I highly recommed that you try a few sessions with a trainer.

Good luck.
