It is with great sadness that we announce that the Bank Of Ann Arbor will be discontinuing our Wholesale Operations. We wish you all continued success.

We will stop taking new locks on new submissions at the end of the wholesale lots businessTuesday, November 8th.

For loans registered and dropship not locked, please lock your registered loans no later than Friday, November 25th.

Effective Friday, December 30th, we will be shutting our doors. Please ensure all wholesale lots fundings are ordered by this date.
